ATHENA FAC CIP
List of duties
Photographers: Cyril and QianQian
Souvenir designers: Jean Minn, Zitao, Yehan, ShenNan, Melissa, ShiJia, Valerie and JianLer
Decoration the hall: LiangYang, KokHon, JieQi, Aaron, JingJing, YuXuan, JunRong, GaoYing, YenChuan and LiWen
Photographers
-Take photos of beneficiaries with their "guardians"(2 ppl assigned to each beneficiary)
-Photos will be developed at Coronation Plaza and included in the
souvenirs

-Translucent storage box from IKEA,bought already.
-Will include photograph inside plus some other stuff?(this part the designers decide themselves,apparently someone said put instant coffee sachets o.O)
-Outside of box will be decorated

-Banner to be hung at the stage,painted already,by CT reps of 60,62 and 66 =D(btw the owl is damn nice,totally owns the one on our class flag lol)
-Streamers/Crepe paper to be strung across the parapet etc(not the ceiling,unless u can fly =P)
Not sure if there's anything else to be done for the deco of hall,wasnt told abt anything else =X
Also, those who have not brought their forms today,or did not receive the form until today-_-", please bring them tmr,thanks
And wear your athena fac shirt+long pants/skirt
LASTLY,DO NOT TRY TO PON TMR,ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY(unless u have valid reasons).DEMERIT POINTS WILL BE GIVEN IF U DO NOT TURN UP(i think,haha)
