as you have read from the smb (if you haven't please read it), the PE department has decided to award the CT with the top 4 best timings (for both guys and girls) and pit it against other CTs.

Though we don't have the fastest runner in our CT (a.k.a gary and some random cross girl), but we have quantity over quality! (: so it's VERY VERY possible that we can win this award, and add it to our roll of honours! (now how does that sound XD)

SOOOO, please put in your best for cross country run, sleep well, drink more water, and if you haven't, go train up now! if you have any queries, you can approach your friendly AHLE or me. (:
